Rental rates are US$210/night and US$1,350/week in low season and US$270/night and US$1,750/week in high season, based on occupancy by 1-2 persons. For each additional person over 2 (up to the maximum of 5 persons), there will be an additional charge of US$20/night and US$120/week.
There is a cleaning fee of US$100.
There is a fully refundable damage deposit of US$350.
50% of the rental fee (US$675 if renting for a week for two persons in low season, as an example) is required to reserve dates. The remaining 50% of the rental fee + the $100 cleaning fee + the refundable $350 damage deposit is due two weeks prior to arrival.
